Ashley Jones

Ashley Aubra Jones (born September 3rd, 1976) is an American actor from the United States. She is famous for her roles in soap operas as Megan Dennison on The Young and the Restless and Bridget Forrester on The Bold and the Beautiful. She also played Daphne the recurring character in season 2 of HBO's drama True Blood. Ashley Jones earned a Bachelor of Human Learning, K-8 in 1997 at the University of Tennessee at Martin. When she arrived in Maury County, she began teaching Kindergarten and First Grade Reading. In 1998, she got married to their UT Martin sweetheart Brent Jones and moved into Thompsons Station. In the Thompsons Station, she started teaching fourth year in Bethesda Elementary. In 1999-2000, she taught while obtaining her Masters of Education degree from Trevecca Nazarene University. She quit her classroom in 2000 after the couple welcomed their son Baylor. Ashley has been spending the past 15 years focusing on the growth of the children in her home congregation and in the community, while also serving in various capacities. Ashley has been a leader for a long time in the Preschool Ministry and also the Student Ministry in Thompson Station Church. Ashley has spent the last three years the home of her children, where she taught them. Through their years of home schooling the children took part in a home school class which Ashley also taught History to Kindergarten and 1st Grade. Ashley loved being in the home with her children as well as teaching them. However, God made it clear that the time was right for their family members to come back fully-time. Brent as well as Ashley have five children. Silas Eliza Cruz and Cruz and Cruz GCA students. Baylor is a GCA graduate attends and plays baseball at UT Martin. Callan an GCA graduate also studies at Western Kentucky University. This is a very busy family who enjoys the outdoors, sports, fishing and hunting together. Romans 8:28 and we are aware that in everything God works for the good for those who are called according to his purpose.
